Regular giving is a mark of a fully-developing follower of Jesus. Time and time again we see in Scripture the importance of giving generously to others and especially to the mission of Christ. We can’t think of a better cause to invest your time, talent, and finances into than that of building life-long followers of Jesus, here and around the world. West Vanceboro Church of God asks that you prayerfully consider making the practice of financial giving a deliberate and ongoing part of your spiritual walk. To make it easy to remain faithful in the area of stewardship, we offer “3 Ways to Give Generously”:
Online Giving.
This is one of the easiest methods of giving at West Vanceboro. Simply enter your amount in the above box for my online giving donation. Then simply fill out the online giving form and click submit! You can choose to give a ‘one-time’ gift through this secure site any time during the week, and you can even establish a repeating gift that will automatically draft weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly – your choice! Automated giving is great because it allows you to remain faithful to the Lord, even if circumstances prevent you from attending church on a given Sunday. Whatever option you choose, online giving makes it simple and hassle free!
Sunday Offering.
If you prefer a more traditional way to give, we designate time each Sunday (during our 10:45am & 6:00pm services and also Wednesday evenings at 7:00pm) to receive an offering. This is an important part of the service because the Bible teaches that giving is one of the many acts of worship—it further contributes to the atmosphere of worship in the service.
