ABOUT THIS MINISTRY
DAYS/HOURS OF OPERATION
Will open Wednesday May 26 – Friday August 20, 2021. We will operate Monday – Friday from 7am to 6pm. We will honor the Memorial day and July 4 Independence holiday’s.
LATE CHILD PICK-UP
The camp closes promptly at 6:00 pm. We do NOT offer after hour services. If you child is here beyond 6pm, you may be charged $1.00 per minute.
COST
Any applications received after April 15th, 2021 will be accepted at the rate of $100 per week per child. Additional siblings will be $75 per week each.
Please keep in mind that if tuition is not paid by pickup on Tuesday, the student(s) will not be permitted to return until all obligations are met.
Field Trip Fee: There will be a one-time fee of $50 per student for field trips. This will be due on or before May 26, 2021 and will cover the cost of field trips for the entire summer program.
Payment is due in full each MONDAY for the week. Regardless if your child is present each day/week weekly payment is required or their spot will be filled with those on the waiting list. We accept cash or checks (checks should be made payable to West Vanceboro Church of God). We can accept online payments; however, fees will be attached to those payments. REGISTRATION
Registration forms and your non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 can be turned in at West Vanceboro by emailing to camp@owc.church. Turn in your registration packet before you begin attending to complete your registration process. Space is limited and availability is on a first-come basis. When our slots are filled, you will be placed on a waiting list and be contacted when a slot opens.
